Why me

Technical depth

A computer science degree and a Pega Senior System Architect certification, with hands-on REST API integrations, OAuth, data migrations and role-based access on mission-critical plant software.

Calm under pressure

First line of contact for emergent technical needs at nuclear and energy sites, including after-hours response, structured triage and root-cause analysis, and weekly updates to executives.

A builder's mindset

I founded Rewyr and built its AI chat assistant on the Claude API, Cloudflare Workers and Google Apps Script, with lead capture, urgency alerts and an English and Spanish toggle.

Delivery results clients can see

Before
  • No standardized release readiness criteria across upgrade cycles
  • On-time delivery held around 76% across 7 to 8 annual upgrades
  • Status tracked ad hoc across engineering, QA and support
After
  • Built standardized release governance and readiness criteria, with weekly cross-functional standups
  • Raised on-time delivery from 76% to 88% across 7 to 8 annual upgrade cycles
  • Process adopted as the standard release methodology across the PMO

Project stories

The work behind the bullets

Four eSOMS projects I led as Technical Program Manager. Client names are left out; the scope, team and results are real.

Full platform build$525K

Rebuilding eSOMS around one energy facility

6 months6 developers2023
Situation
A client needed eSOMS fully customized to its own data structure, operational triggers and reporting, including a database rework and new modules.
Action
Spent the first three months gathering requirements, including an onsite walkthrough of the facility. Prioritized the work by operational impact, then released in phases and validated each one with the client before moving on.
Result
A fully customized platform with custom triggers, reports, a reworked database and purpose-built modules, formally signed off by the client after full implementation testing.
Third-party integration$336K

Connecting eSOMS and Maximo

7 months (scoped 5)4 developers
Situation
The client needed two-way data exchange between eSOMS and Maximo, its enterprise asset management system. Client-side delays and outages pushed the timeline.
Action
Defined integration scope and requirements with the client, escalated the delays as risks and reset the schedule with stakeholders. Ran biweekly reviews and tested the integration in pieces so issues surfaced early.
Result
A stable two-way integration, signed off by the client after end-to-end testing and deployment.
Recovery$100K

Fixing a migration that broke the data

3 months (scoped 1)2 developers
Situation
A client's own Oracle to SQL migration left corrupted and improperly converted data and tables, blocking a full eSOMS rollout.
Action
Assessed the damage and built the remediation plan, directed the developers through correction, and kept the client updated as outages on their side extended the work.
Result
Every data and table issue corrected and validated before I authorized the full platform rollout.
Module enhancement$225K

Shipping in weekly increments, not one big reveal

6 months3 developers
Situation
A client needed automated triggers and reporting the eSOMS product didn't offer yet, to meet operational and regulatory requirements.
Action
Set a weekly cadence to test and sign off each increment, tracked the team's work in Jira, and controlled scope by weighing change requests against the baseline.
Result
Every increment approved along the way, then formal client sign off after a final demonstration and implementation testing.

Engagement approach · Discover → Deliver → Renew

How I run an engagement

1

DISCOVER & SCOPE

  • Start from the client's operational outcome, not the feature request
  • Lead technical discovery, product demos and solution scoping
  • Define SOWs and technical requirements up front
Proof9 to 10 custom projects scoped per year, $10K to $525K each
2

DELIVER & GOVERN

  • Run end-to-end implementation: configuration, integration, UAT, go-live
  • Build release governance and readiness criteria into every cycle
  • Triage high-severity issues with structured root-cause analysis
ProofOn-time delivery raised 76% → 88%; incidents resolved in about 48 hours on average
3

RENEW & EXPAND

  • Negotiate pricing, terms and renewals directly with client stakeholders
  • Identify expansion opportunities tied to each client's roadmap
  • Keep executives current with proactive relationship management
Proof$10M+ in renewal value across 40+ clients; about 90% renewal rate

Working with me

What to expect

Every week

A steady rhythm

Weekly standups with the team and a regular review with the client to test progress and sign off on what's done.

Small releases

No big reveals

I ship in increments and validate each one with the client, so problems surface early and nobody is surprised at the end.

When it breaks

I pick up the phone

I'm the first call for emergent issues, after hours included. Triage first, root cause next, then corrective actions with owners.

Bad news early

Risks get named

When client-side delays or outages hit a schedule, I escalate them as risks and reset expectations right away, not at the deadline.
